Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is an actress, singer, songwriter and musician from Ireland. Corr debuted in 1990 as the lead singer of the Celtic folk and pop rock band The Corrs along with her three elder siblings Caroline Sharon and Jim. Andrea Corr, an Irish musician, songwriter and actor is part of The Corrs. She is best known as The lead singer in the Celtic-folk and pop rock group The Corrs. Andrea is the singer-lead of the band and also plays multiple instruments. She began acting in 1991 Andrea then became an accomplished musician and stage artist. Playback singer for 1998 Warner Bros. animation film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea's artistic career is diverse. In addition, Andrea has been awarded for her work in the field of humanitarian aid. Andrea along with her husband who is a stockbroker have two kids. Andrea began her lessons in music using the Tin-whistle. Gerry taught Andrea to play the keyboard. Andrea is able to play the ukulele. She spent most of her teenage life honing and perfecting her singing skills. Her teenage years were spent working on her musical abilities. Andrea was a pupil in Dun Lughaidh Convent and participated in numerous school plays.
